This is a one-time paid service where a professional designer manually edits your photo.
Service Commitment: We aim to deliver the edited photo within approximately 1 hour during business hours.
Acceptance Guarantee: We strive to ensure that photos processed via our Expert Service meet standard biometric requirements. However, final acceptance by government authorities is subject to their discretion and specific, changing regulations. If a photo is rejected due to our editing error, please contact support for a revision or refund.
Data Handling: Photos submitted for this service are shared with our design team solely for the purpose of editing and are deleted from our systems after delivery.

3.2 Pro Access (Remove Ads)

Pro access is a one-time purchase or subscription (as specified in the App) that removes third-party advertisements.
All payments are processed through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

4. Refund Policy

App Store / Google Play: Refunds for purchases made through the App are generally managed by the respective app store's refund. We do not have direct control over billing.
Expert Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the Expert Quality Service, please contact us at /contact/ before requesting a refund from the store, so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

5. Intellectual Property
